I've been whipping up peaches and plums for her to eat and she really seems to like them. She is a crazy eater, though. We'll give her a frozen pancake or something and she tears it all up and we have to sweep the pieces out of her mouth. We really think there are teeth coming. She has been sleeping great at night and like CRAP during the day. She is the lightest sleeper I have ever known - I swear she makes noise if you even *think* about her.
That outfit is cute right? Mike's mom brought her three outfits last week and I was so happy when I went in the drawer today to get her dressed and remembered them. It's a 12 month and it's a little bit big but the 9 month might be too tight. Check out her hair, it's starting to stick straight up.
Anthony didn't finish his pancake this morning so I gave her half and she loved it. She is eating a lot of stuff, bread and pancake by hand, and blueberries and peaches and plums in her little mesh bag thingy, and everything else pureed. She eats a lot of fruits and veg, we haven't tried meat yet. I gave her some water in a sippy cup this morning but she seems largely confused by what it is. She's been sleeping well, she seems to be down to one wake up a night, usually around midnight. Unfortunately for us, her brother has been up around 5:00 so the window where someone isn't yelling is close. All this to say, Happy 32 Weeks, Maria!
Nothing Gold Can Stay. Two nights ago, Maria slept from 6:45 til 6:45 without waking to eat. Last night she slept from 6:45 til 2:00 and ate and then woke up again at 3:00, and then again at ... 6:30? 7:00? Who cares! It's all more than two nights ago and it's super disappointing. I am going out to dinner tonight with some girlfriends and I hope that tonight is more like Sunday and less like Monday.
